this is stunning, both visually in its own right, and as a piece (a full image, a tag is a grafheads signature).
Mostly I'm gobsmacked cos your a self declared newbie... your showing a basic understanding of letter forms and the 3d that applies to it (the 3d in this structure doesnt go too deep) but also displaying amazing and unique colouring and shading skills.

now with that said, heres some crits... (you aint expected to know this stuff, but have it for future reference)
The arrows on the piece should be used as extras rather than extensions to tthe basic letterforms. What I mean is that you have an arrow coming directly off the main central bar of the T and the right dropping bar of the R, the way it would usually be done is adding to the letterform in the same way you've dropped those wicked spikes on the S and R.
there is a slight grey keyline that goes around the letterset itself to give a drop shadow effect to the background, this would either be enhanced massively (black/almost black and twice as wide as the black lines that the letters are composed of) or done in a contrasting light colour to make the word jump off the surface.

Thank you very much for the commenting... its nice to see people reply with stuff that actually helps, and I'm glad that some actualy graff artists have noticed this piece.

It's funny that you mentioned the "OUT GLOW" or "DROPSHADOW" effect, because on the actual file, it is about twice as powerful as it is on the posted version. It just a simple dropshadow layer effect with some noise added, but when I flatten the image or save it as a flat image, the effect is lessened, I don't know the reasoning for this, but i've noticed it on a few peices I have done... And now that you've brought it to my attention, I can definetly notice much more power in the original file then the one posted here... I will try to see what i can do to get it to save the way i see it here.

All, well I decided to just take a screenshot instead of flattening the image... and then I thought it looked so much better, that I even decided to see what it would be like to take it a little bit more intense like you said... So here i've updated the version with a line abouut 6 times more powerful than the original, and i think it is much more powerful... thank you again...

Oh man this is trippy. It's so simple and easy to read, yet there are so many components, from the spikes on top to the dripping paint. I wish there were graffitis as good as this one in Luxembourg; such a decoration.
